Day Camp Information Packet

• Sheets to be returned to Luther Point
  Day Camp Health/Authorization Form
  These should be printed back to back, one per camper. These must be turned into the Day Camp Team Leader upon the teams arrival.
  Day Camp Scheduling Sheet
  This must be filled out by the local coordinator and returned to Luther Point at least two weeks prior to your Day Camp
  Day Camp Evaluation Sheet
  This should be filled out by the local coordinator and returned to Luther Point in the enclosed envelope.

  There are both full size and half size posters to hang up and put in your bulletin to promote Day Camp!

  These are black and white so that they may be cleanly reproduced and given to your Day Campers at the end of the week.

  This year’s Bible study theme is "Just for Life ". There is a one sheet overview of the five Bible studies the Day Campers will experience.
