AUGUST

Sun. Aug 10: 20TH ANNUAL QUILT AND CRAFT AUCTION -Make plans now to attend. We look forward to receiving the many wonderful quilt and craft items needed to make this event possible. Come and enjoy some good food, good company and lively bidding. New this year-KIDS ACTIVITES!!!!

SEPTEMBER

Tue.-Thu., Sept. 16-18: QUILTING RETREAT -(3 pm Tues through 3 pm Thu).

Lodging, bedding, meals, devotions and ample work space are all included in the cost of $125. Our special guest leader will be Carolyn Tuckner who is a retired Family and Consumer Science Teacher from Pine City, Minnesota with a passion for quilting. She is an avid quilter and long arm quilter who has taught many quilting classes and currently holds quilting retreats at her home. Whether you are a seasoned quilter or just getting reacquainted with your sewing machine you will enjoy this retreat. Carolyn will have some beginner quilt projects along if you need ideas.

OCTOBER

Sat.-Sun., Oct. 4-5, 9 am: Senior High Weekend Camp

Tues.-Wed., Oct. 14-15 Fall SCRAPBOOKING RETREAT (Tues. at 10 am - Wed. 3 pm)

Gather the supplies and photos for your current scrapbooking project and bring them to Luther Point for an overnight Scrapbooking Retreat. You will have hours to work on your project as you enjoy a comfortable stay in the Retreat Center, delicious meals served in the Dining Hall, and Christ-centered fellowship. We will have some supplies on hand for purchase. The retreat will also include two optional off-site trips to two local scrapbooking stores: Creative Memories and More, Siren and Mud Hut Gifts and Rubber Stamps, Frederic. Both are beautiful stores with lots of creative supplies to compliment whatever project you are working on. Make plans to join others who love to scrapbook at Luther Point.

$75 includes lodging, bedding, meals, workspace, devotions, fieldtrip, and lots of time to SCRAPBOOK!
