- EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT:
Your registration must be postmarked
by April 1, 2008. An Early Bird Discount is a $15 discount for a full week and a $7.50 for a half a week. Day-at-Camp and Family Camps do not have any discounts due to their low cost.
- MEMBER DISCOUNTS:
Campers qualify for member discounts if your church contributed 100% of the member church association assessment for 2007 (equivalent to $2 per baptized member.). Member Discount is $55 for a full week and $27.50 for a half a week. Day-at-Camp and Family Camps do not have any discounts due to their low cost.
- INCENTIVE DISCOUNTS for ALL Campers (Note the different discount amounts for campers from qualifying member churches): Only one Incentive Discount per camper is allowed. Early Bird Discount and Member Discount can be taken in addition to one of the following Incentive Discounts:
- Invite a Friend Discount: Invite a first-time LPBC camper and receive: $30 Discount for a full week of camp - $15 for 3rd/4th Grade Camp. ($60 Discount if you are from a qualifying member church and $30 for 3rd and 4th Grade.)
- Sibling Discount: The oldest sibling pays full price. Additional campers from the same household receive: $15 Discount for a full week of camp - $7.50 for 3rd/4th Grade Camp. (30 Discount if you are from a qualifying member church and $15 for 3rd and 4th Grade.)
- Multiple-Week Discount: First camp session pays full price. Additional sessions receive: $15 Discount for a full week of camp - $7.50 for 3rd/4th Grade Camp. ($30 Discount if you are from a qualifying member church and $15 for 3rd and 4th Grade.)
- A deposit of $110
is required for all full week camps,
$55 for half week camps and $7.50 for Day-At-Camp. (Discounts cannot
be used to apply towards the deposit.) The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after May 1. If cancellation occurs prior to May
1, the deposit will be refunded less a $15 processing fee.
- After we receive your
registration form and deposit, we will mail or email you a registration confirmation
packet. It includes a What to Bring List; Check-inIinfo.; Health History
Form; and other info. You can download these packets from our webpage. See Registration Confirmation Packets.
- Don't forget the Express Registration Line! If the entire registration fee, Canteen (camp store) money, and your signed Health form is mailed in at least two weeks prior to start of camp you can go through the Express Registration Line!
- Balance of Registration
Fee needs to be presented at check-in
or be mailed to LPBC two weeks prior to start of camp to go through the Express Registration Line. Otherwise, you can bring it with you when you come.
- A Health History Form signed by a parent /guardian must
be mailed to LPBC two weeks prior to the start of camp or be brought
with the camper at registration to go through the Express Registration Line. A copy of the front and back of the
camper's insurance and pharmacy cards is also required. Physical exam
reports by a physician are recommended.
- Sunday check-in is
at the Dining Hall at the end of Luther Point Road from 3-4 pm - Registration wil NOT start before 3 pm.
- Wednesday check-in
is at the Dining Hall at the end of Luther Point Road from 11-11:30 am for 3rd and 4th graders. Grandparent/Grandchild check-in time is at 10 am
- Friday departure
is following the 11 am closing campfire. Parents are invited
to attend.
- Tuesday departure
is following the 6:30 pm closing campfire. Parents are invited
to attend.
- FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
is available. We ask that you contact your church first as many churches do have assistance for people. Due to some generous donors, we also have camperships available. No one will be turned away regardless of their ability to pay. If you need a campership, please download a form and mail it to us.
In the operation of the summer camp program, no
child, as defined by program regulations, will be discriminated against
because of race, sex, color, age, national origin, or handicap. Any person
who believes that a child has been discriminated against in any USDA related
activity should write immediately to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington,
DC 20250.
