This half-week program is a special time for grandparent(s) and their grandchild(ren) of all ages to spend time together in a Christian community. There will be an opportunity to learn new songs, worship, enjoy age-appropriate Bible Study, play games, create crafts, swim, canoe, paddleboat, laugh, relax, and spend alone time with your grandchild. Counselors will lead activities, as well as also help to supervise grandchildren. This is also a great opportunity to introduce younger children to Bible camp while they have someone they know and trust close by. In the absence of a grandparent a parent, aunt, uncle or guardian is welcome to participate also.
Accommodations for families include our comfortable Retreat Center, Luther Lodge, and Family Cabins allowing each family to have their own space, including their own bathroom and shower. Also, there is a 15% discount if you bring your own tent or camper (camping space limited).
Grandparents and grandchildren are also welcome at Family Weekend Camp – July 13-15.
