Come and experience the thrill of traveling the St. Croix River in a kayak, surrounded by God’s creation. Campers will spend one day learning kayaking skills at Luther Point and three days and two nights out on the river. Campers will also learn essential camping skills such as setting up a tent, fire building, and low-impact camping. Throughout the days of camping and paddling, there will be plenty of time for worship, Bible study, swimming, and star gazing.
NO KAYAKING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
While on the kayak trip, the group is secluded and on their own, however they are reachable in case of emergency. All gear and food will be packed into the kayaks for the duration of the trip. The group is back to camp Thursday afternoon in time for dinner and the Clown Service.
Parents and other important people are invited to join your camper for Closing Campfire when you pick your child up. Come share what they learned at camp!
Canteen will be open when you drop your camper off and when you pick your camper up, as well as periodically while they are on-site.
